The plays are created over only two days by a supportive, 8-person ensemble. Everyone writes, everyone acts and no one can rest until the ON AIR light goes off. Sounds Delicious grows out of the experience of Are We Delicious? an ensemble of Madison performer-writers who write, rehearse and premiere an hour-long show of short plays in only seven days. Blithe Spirit revolves around Charles, who is planning a séance as research for his new book. He invites the eccentric medium, Madame Arcati, into his English country home, intending to expose the Madame as a fraud. To witness this event, Charles and his second wife, Ruth, invite the skeptical Dr. Bradman and his anxious-to-believe wife, Violet.
