This stunning, Tony Award winning musical, featuring a cast of one man and 15 women, is often regarded as one of the most impressive achievements of contemporary musical theatre. Based on Fellini’s 8 1/2, the story is of filmmaker Guido Contini and the women in his life who both inspire and impede him: his wife, mistress, muse, boss, and more. Haunted by the past and tortured by the present, he struggles to complete a truly meaningful film, while what seems like the whole world watches, hoping for him to succeed...or fail.
